Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please be advised that the controller of your personal data is SDPK Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, ul. Szyperska 14. The company controls your personal data together with its business partners, the list of which can be found on the webpage: Partners. Your data is processed in order to present you with a comprehensive offer in the field of IT services and tools.
The data was obtained as a result of previous business contacts, and their submission was entirely voluntary.
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent to receive commercial offers, i.e. art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. However, if you do not wish to receive commercial and promotional information from us, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent, however, does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on its basis before its withdrawal.
However, if you decide to leave your data in our marketing database, we guarantee full transparency of the data processing processes carried out and the fulfillment of all rights referred to in the GDPR, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit their processing, the right to transferring them. In the case of processing your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you also have the right to object to it. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. We strive to ensure that our marketing activities are implemented in such a way as to meet your expectations and needs; therefore we are open to any suggestions and comments regarding the information received from us.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the recipients of your data may be entities:
- supporting us in the field of IT tool management,
- accounting,
- providing marketing services,
- debt collection,
as well as public authorities to whom the data is transferred under the provisions of law.
Your data will be processed during the pursuit of the purpose for which they were collected, but no longer than until you withdraw your consent to their processing, and until the claims that may be related to your person are time-barred or if the processing of personal data is necessary for pursuing claims or defending against claims of the other party, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
If you are our client, the data provided is also processed in order to perform the concluded contract and its settlement pursuant to art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data processed for this purpose will be stored by us for the duration of the contract and the time it is possible to file claims by either party.
In connection with the use of Facebook ADS, LinkedIn ADS and Google ADS services on our website, we would like to inform you that your data may be subject to profiling in order to display personalized advertisements to you if you have consented to their display.
