The aim of the project was to implement a tool for efficient and automatic project, process and corporate risk management in all companies of the group. High flexibility in configuration was a priority, as different risk management methodologies were in place depending on the area. It was very important for the client to efficiently generate risk analysis reports (weekly and on demand) as well as to improve risk assessments. All these requirements were met by the erisk software.

The project was divided into 5 stages and lasted a total of 10 weeks. The tasks included the implementation of erisk and the implementation of the risk management model in 3 areas: projects, corporate risk in companies and processes in the capital group.

We implemented the erisk tool

The implementation included the delivery of the software (license), installation, implementation of the risk management model and configuration. Before starting the work, we conducted a needs analysis, which became the basis for the creation of a management model concept document in erisk software. We included, among others, database design with the established structure of the forms for the collection of information.

We set up automatic reports

A big challenge was to configure an additional level of risk assessment approval, but the erisk tool is so advanced that it was possible to easily reflect the entire process and approval paths, and set up appropriate alerts, notifications and sending automatic reports. Dedicated reports are a huge improvement, as they make the risk, project and financial data constantly accessible to the users of the tool. Importantly, the reports always present up-to-date data, even if the projects have been completed.

We conducted training

As part of the workshop meetings, we trained all software users. During the training, the employees involved in the process could learn and practice the performance of their tasks as part of risk management on a test basis.

We provided educational materials

Bearing in mind possible changes in the structure of the client’s company and the need to improve knowledge, the workshops were recorded and the recording was made available as an instructional video. Thanks to this, users can refresh their knowledge at any time or train new employees in the practical use of the erisk tool. We also prepared a manual for the content administrator.

We provided technical support

Throughout the duration of the project, the client could count on the support of our experienced consultants. After the work was completed, we provided technical assistance.
